Privacy Policy
Last updated: August 16, 2026
Awesome Games is a game collection by Stanley KC Studios. You can play every game immediately as a guest. An account is optional and is used only to protect coins, purchases, and Premium. This policy explains what the app stores, what its service providers process, and the controls available to you.
Information stored on your device
The app stores game checkpoints, scores and records, settings, guest coins, earned-reward identifiers, and limited advertising frequency state on your device. The in-app Erase local data control removes these items. Uninstalling also normally removes them; updating normally preserves them.
Optional accounts and cloud wallet
On iPhone and iPad, optional sign-in uses Sign in with Apple or Google Sign-In. On Android, it uses Google Sign-In. You can link Google to an existing Apple account from Settings. If Apple and Google were previously used as separate Awesome Games accounts, the app can show an explicit merge preview before combining their cloud account data; it never merges accounts silently. Firebase Authentication processes the provider identifiers and any name or email the providers supply. Firestore stores your coin balance, Premium entitlement status, daily earning counters, immutable wallet ledger entries, and hashed identifiers used to prevent duplicate rewards or purchases. When present, a chosen username may also be stored as a snapshot on purchase transaction records for support and reconciliation.
Purchases
Apple App Store or Google Play processes payment details. We receive product, transaction, receipt, purchase-state, refund, and entitlement information needed to verify purchases, provide coins or Premium, restore purchases, prevent fraud, and handle refunds. A purchase transaction record may include the username associated with the account at the time of purchase. We do not receive your full card number. Protected transaction hashes may be retained after account deletion where needed for refund, accounting, security, and replay-prevention obligations.
Analytics, performance, and crash reports
On iOS, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Performance Monitoring, Crashlytics, and Firebase In-App Messaging are optional. They remain off on a fresh install until you choose Allow in the app's analytics, performance, and crash-report choice. Analytics may process usage events, app version, device or operating-system information, and an installation identifier. Performance Monitoring may process app launch time, network request latency, CPU and memory usage, device and operating-system information, app version, IP address for geography-based reporting, and performance traces used to diagnose and improve the app. Crashlytics may process crash reports, stack traces, relevant app state, device metadata, and installation identifiers. You can change this choice later in Settings → Privacy & data; turning it off stops optional collection and removes unsent Crashlytics reports stored locally. This choice is separate from advertising consent and Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. On Android, these Firebase diagnostics, performance metrics, and product metrics remain enabled for the current release. Debug-build logs remain on the development device and are not uploaded as Cloud Logging gameplay traces.
Firebase configuration and messages
The app uses Firebase Remote Config for operational configuration and Firebase App Check to reduce automated abuse. Firebase In-App Messaging is enabled together with Analytics. Firebase Cloud Messaging may process an installation identifier, notification token, and delivery or interaction data after you choose to enable notifications. Backend requests are batched around wallet mutations, sign-in, purchases, and account deletion; gameplay does not create continuous cloud reads or writes.
Advertising
The free app may display native, app-open, interstitial, rewarded, or rewarded-interstitial ads through Google Mobile Ads. Depending on your region, consent, and platform settings, ads may be personalized, non-personalized, or limited. Google and its partners may process advertising or installation identifiers, IP address, device and app information, ad interactions, and frequency-capping data. Google’s User Messaging Platform provides advertising privacy choices where required. When Awesome Premium is active, the app stops requesting every ad format rather than merely hiding ad views. See Google’s Privacy Policy.
iOS tracking permission
On iOS, the app may show Apple’s App Tracking Transparency permission prompt before advertising or measurement activity that requires it. You can allow or deny tracking, and can change the choice later in your device’s privacy settings. If you deny permission, Apple restricts access to the advertising identifier and the app must respect that choice.
App updates and external services
The app may contact Google Play or Apple’s App Store to check whether an update is available. On iOS, the update lookup uses the app’s bundle identifier. These services may receive standard network and device information under their own policies. The app also opens the hosted privacy policy and other external links only when you choose to do so.
Your choices
You can reopen advertising privacy choices, manage iOS tracking in system settings, allow or decline optional Analytics, Performance Monitoring, and crash reports on iOS, change that choice from Settings → Privacy & data, enable or disable notifications, erase all local app data, sign in with either linked provider, merge a previously separate Google account after an explicit confirmation, sign out, or permanently delete a linked account. Gameplay never requires sign-in.
Account deletion and retention
Linked users can permanently delete their account from Settings → Account → Delete account. Users with Google linked can also use our web account-deletion page, including users whose Apple and Google providers were merged into one account. Deletion removes Firebase Authentication, the cloud wallet and its ledger, Premium entitlement records, private profile data, username reservations, reward-event records, and cloud game data. Purchase records may be retained where needed for refunds, accounting, fraud prevention, security, tax, or legal obligations; account owner identifiers, including username snapshots, are removed from those retained records. Guest users have no cloud account and can use Erase local data.
Children and user content
Awesome Games is intended for users aged 13 and over and is not directed to children under 13. The current release does not offer public chat, custom public usernames, user-uploaded images, or other user-generated content.
Third-party policies and data handling
Firebase, Google, Apple, and their processors may handle data on global infrastructure according to their policies and contractual safeguards. See Firebase Privacy and Security, Google’s Privacy Policy, and Apple’s Privacy Policy.
